Update Keycloak test realm SHA

Summary

P1 auth plugin 3.7.32 removed the legacy p1-sso theme. The imported test realm still referenced it for loginTheme, accountTheme, and adminTheme, causing login to fall back to keycloak.v2.

Update the Keycloak test-data URLs in tests/test-values.yaml to commit 154fa5faa4077e0d169544a09c922670d564cacd, which includes Keycloak MR !379. The corrected realm uses the bundled p1-sso-v2 theme. Keep the supporting registration configuration and Quarkus properties pinned to the same revision.

• Verified all three test-data files exist at the pinned commit and realm.json parses as JSON.
• YAML parsing and git diff --check pass.
• Cluster integration tests have not been run locally; the keycloak label enables package deployment in MR CI.
