Integrate zarf package upgrade to bigbang package pipeline

Definition of Done

The bigbang package upgrade pipeline uses the airgap script produced in #173 to airgap the k3d cluster, and uses the zarf scripts from #171 and #172 to deploy the given package being tested as an upgrade to the k3d cluster
