Integrate zarf package deployment to bigbang umbrella upgrade

Definition of Done

The bigbang umbrella upgrade pipeline uses the airgap script produced in #173 to airgap the k3d cluster, and uses the zarf scripts from #171 and #172 to deploy the bigbang umbrella as an upgrade to the k3d cluster
