Draft: Resolve "Remove the --build flag from babuctl.sh"

Summary

Removes the --build function from babuctl.sh in this iso builder repo. The build flag has been found to not work properly so it should be removed. All references to the build function has been removed from the babuctl.sh file.

🚀 Acceptance Criteria:

• All references to the build function have been removed from babuctl.sh and all relevant readme files
• babuclt.sh deploys and is able to be used (change didnt break it)
