Draft: Add API endpoints to Test GUI

Summary

Make the test script into a daemon that emits a health check. Break it down into several daemons, one for each check in the script. Incorporate this into the iso. Make results pass/fail/waiting rather than pass/fail.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Daemon created to read outputs of tests and produce a results api
