Fixing settings and vars for bb-docs RC tag auto execution

Fixing schedule settings and pipeline execution. Job would not execute when configured as a schedule due to previous configuration, to not complicate things, switched to pipeline trigger with ENV fed in instead of schedule execution. Below is curl request test ran and executed against latest rc.1 tag.
