Revert "Merge branch 'bb-mr-logic-updates' into 'master'"

This reverts merge request !434 (merged)

Logic was not looking for package MR status as I had thought, it was checking current open BB MR status to update sections of the template with the package changes. Still investigating why that portion is not happening.
