If you currently download SBOMs from the Anchore Scan job, you can still get them from the Build job and from other sources, including IBFE and image attestations.

Project 'platform-one/big-bang/apps/cluster-utilities/velero' was moved to 'big-bang/product/packages/velero'. Please update any links and bookmarks that may still have the old path.

Summary

This MR adds Renovate Revert Functionality to renovate-dev.sh script. Also addresses some general bugs, one specific when dealing with HTTP 000 Responses from the Gitlab API.
