Mainly a documentation addition, but found a upstream chart whitespace issue when overriding the confluence.s3AttachmentsStorage values.

Specifically, the jvm-config ConfigMap would include an extra line of whitespace, which would cause the Confluence StatefulSet to error on startup.

Adding the special character - to chomp whitespace fixed the issue.
