Fix: removed /external from ItemDialogContentRenderer.js

Removed the second href attribute from the <a> tag, "href=external", from the node_modules/interactive-landscape/src/components/ItemDialogContentRenderer.js line 661. Added changes to the current .patch file in the landscape/patches folder
