Resolve "Allow JMX Exporter Configured RunAs User/Group"

Summary

Allow a custom securityContext for the fetch-jmx-exporter initContainer .

This initContainer copies a jar to a shared directory. These changes bring back the upstream capability to allow the user to manually configure a .Values.monitoring.jmxExporterInitContainer.customSecurityContext .

This allows a uid:gid to be set via config. If customSecurityContext is not set, .Values.confluence.containerSecurityContext is used to match the same uid:gid of the main confluence container.
