docs: align Renovate maintenance config

Summary

Add the required app-version matching task and align generated labels with Package Maintenance.

Validation

• CI-pinned Renovate 42.0.1 strict validation and full dry run passed.
• Required tasks ran once per generated branch and the chart, README, and changelog output was coherent.
