fix: update securityContext per kyverno policy
Addresses https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/product/packages/authservice/-/issues/74 and https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/product/packages/authservice/-/issues/75 and https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/product/packages/argocd/-/issues/122
Verified redis still works correctly with authservice. I think this is just an oversight in the image.
