Add Integration Tests for Renovate

Part of the ticket big-bang/bigbang#2263 (closed) included adding integration tests for Renovate as well as wrapper. To focus the scope properly, the Renovate testing work is being broken out into this ticket.

Task: Determine what type of integration tests can be added to ensure Renovate is working properly after being deployed in a Big Bang cluster. If there are no UI components, investigate using the Gluon script test functionality to use custom logic.
