Password secret update to not encode newline

Summary

Current logic injects a newline for the password:

ANCHORECTL_PASSWORD: ADMINPASS

ANCHORE_ADMIN_PASSWORD: ADMINPASS

ANCHORE_DB_HOST: DB_HOST
ANCHORE_DB_NAME: anchore

Which results in 401/Unauthorized when feeding in an Admin_password that is then referenced in bash scripts.
