Updated versions to consistent 1.29.x

General MR

Upstream for the latest release added 1.29.x.x support, but didn't add 1.29.x support. So, 1.29.x clusters will not allow anchore to install. Thinking this was an oversight, and these changes add in 1.29.x support.

Not a big deal for now if this doesn't come in--but will be needed when we upgrade to 1.29.x
