chore: add redis-exporter image annotation to Chart.yaml

If you enable Argocd and Monitoring on a BigBang deployment and do not provide an external Redis configuration, redis-bb will be used and the redis-exporter pod will be scheduled.

Currently the redis-exporter image is not listed in the Argocd nor BigBang release artifacts.
