Update to gluon 0.4.7 and updated cypress test

Summary

• Updated package to use Gluon 0.4.7
• Updated cypress tests to use new shared commands
• Removed individual cypress config as it is now coming from gluon
• Updated values.yaml to include limits for CPU and memory for cypress tests
