Lynn and Kavitha: did not get a chance to talk to you about the pipeline. it seems that it can't pull from registry1.dsop.io. You need to enhance this pipeline with CI/CD variable DOCKER_AUTH so it can pull directly from IronBank using the robot$bigbang credentials.
