Update Redis NPs

Micah Nagel requested to merge redis-np-update into main

Modified the redis np conditionals to look at redis-bb.enabled. redis.enabled sorta works, but only because its enabled by default. Since these networkPolicies are for monitoring when the BB redis is enabled they should be conditional on it directly.
