'redis-bb' values not getting picked up by Redis dependency chart

From BigBang 1.12 -> BigBang 1.14

When upgrading, our configurations defined under redis-bb in our value overlays are no longer getting picked up by the underlying Redis chart.

This ended up causing Redis to require authentication and not utilize our resource definitions, which caused authservice to fail.
