RFC: docs: add marketing document
General MR
Summary
This MR is a docs update to add a working doc to be passed off to marketing. I'm submitting it as an MR to solicit feedback from the other devs on the team who may wish to correct or highlight features.
This document will not be merged in after the ticket is closed, the MR is simply just a collaboration tool.
