Updates all dashboard queries label selector to work with Alloy

Tested by installing 1.0.0-bb.9 in k3d, then switching to this feature branch and reinstalling. The dashboards were updated with the new queries and data populated from Alloy using the new app label selector.
There were no issues with log line length using Alloy. All the dashboards including Policy and Violations populate as expected.

Upgrade Notices
Version 2.0.0-bb.0 of the bbctl helm chart has been modified to work with Alloy. Promtail is now considered deprecated and is only supported by the 1.0.0-bb.x chart versions.
