`cluster-auditor` failing tests in all-packages pipelines

Issue

When an MR is created in BB umbrella with the all-packages tag, cluster-auditor fails with TLS errors fetching the cypress script from repo1. This is likely due to an outdate gluon container.

Example failing MR: big-bang/bigbang!5723

Relevant logs:

Might be more suited to pipelines team to update the certs if the error here is what is causing the breakdown.
