Fixing configmap for K8sPSPHostNetworkingPorts, K8sPSPSeccomp, K8sPSPReadOnlyRootFilesystem, and K8sPSPSELinuxV2

Configmap was missing <watch> for the 4 constraints. Added those and updated changelog.

NOTE: did not bump version as tag has not been created yet.
