Tested upgrade from release-1.23.x branch -> this branch for logging. All went smoothly (this would be the same upgrade tested by CI).

Testing from release-1.21.x next.

1.21 -> this branch worked well. Testing 1.22 as well just to make sure.

All upgrades went fine, SSO settings/indexes persisted, all good.
