Resolve "Fix Fortify Pipeline"

Closes #51 (closed)

• Disable 8443 port to pod and enable 8080 to pod for Istio SSL termination.
• Resolves Istio Ingress NetworkPolicy that was blocking access from VS to SVC
• Removes unused bigbang folder as those are now in BigBang repo
• Upgrades Gluon patch 0.4.0 --> 0.4.1 to resolve permission denied error writing screenshots and videos
• Enables autoconfig on tests-values so that same cypress tests can be run in this package pipeline as well as the BigBang Pipeline
• updates the cypress tests to:
  • login with default creds
  • update default pwd
  • login with new creds
  • validate dashboards
