• Removed cypress config as it is now using shared config from gluon

@jimmy.bourque one question on this, I'm noticing that the 0.4.7 commands.js doesn't seem to have the new gitlab* commands defined in it yet. I do see those in the 1873-extend-testing branch though. I feel like I'm missing something for how those commands are available in our pipeline. Has the testing image used in the pipeline been built from 1873-extend-testing?
