Update renovate to include helmv3 dependencies

Updated renovate.json to read Chart.yaml dependencies

As per Ryan Garcia, no need to update README.md, CHANGELOG.md, or bump Chart.yaml version

It appears as though renovate was already making updates for gluon before this change. See this MR commit as an example. Testing this MR produces similar changes to what's already being generated, however, and may provide additional coverage.
