SKIP UPDATE CHECK Removed superfluous test helm input values

Summary

Removes superfluous values

• hosts: no evidence of this value being used in the helm chart
• podLabel protect=keycloak: only used when running haproxy with keycloak and authservice
• imagePullSecrets: sets to default value

NB: I checked bigbang/chart/values.yaml > addons.haproxy.values -- there were no superfluous settings, no action required.
