I have a few changes I'd like to see. I am making them now and will upload.

• Use the upstream chart's method for handling pull secrets. We added our pull secret handling before they had it. Now its time to deprecate our code.
• Sync the crd-all.gen.yaml with upstream. I found where this was located and have updated to 1.9.7
• Use https instead of git in the KPT file. That way we don't need credentials
• Add comments about Big Bang additions

I'll have a push with these changes in about 30 minutes after I test them.
