Add client to baby yoda realm for holocron

Why

Add client to support SSO integration in development environments for Holocron.

A working test client is attached, but should be validated for conformance to any applicable standards of existing clients.

This should be tested in combination with changes from @mark.howard to put holocron behind authservice when SSO is enabled.
