typo fix for postgresql subchart template

Summary

• Corrects invalid values path in the postgresql /chart/deps/postgresql/templates/statefulset.yaml (line 78).
• Removes comment block from the /chart/deps/postgresql/templates/statefulset.yaml that was breaking helm template rendering when subchart initContainers are enabled. (lines 113-117).
