Fix trash bin so it both works and is visible

To test:

git clone/pull

earthly +run-dev

Create account via web browser - https://localhost:8443/

Login via admin/pass to - https://localhost:8443/auth/admin/master/console/#/realms/baby-yoda/users

Search for new user then click impersonate

Click on Authenticator tab and click the red trashcan to delete the authenticator.

The Trash can/bill should be both visible, red highlighted, and work when you click it.
