Summary

Add to memory limit and requests to prevent OOM crashes in pipeline. Pull latest gluon.

Tested with 3GB, 3.5 GB and 4 GB. OOM crashes still occur with kiali.

Two consecutive tests with 8 GB Memory limit run successfully here
