added new serviceentries for SSO, grafana, and tracing

Summary
When SSO, grafana, or tracing are enabled for Kiali, Kiali will attempt to send requests to those services. Since our bigbang configuration sets the endpoints for those services based on the configured external hosts for those apps (i.e. the first host in their virtualServices), we need to add ServiceEntries in order to allow those comms when istio.hardened is enabled.
