Resolving CHANGELOG.md to fix R2-D2 release note generation

Summary

The entire Kyverno Reporter changelog is getting spit out by R2-D2 when generating the release notes. The reason behind that is there isn't a match between the latest BB chart versions and what's listed on the CHANGELOG.md.

This MR addresses a typo in the versioning of some of the CHANGELOG.md entries, which will fix the release note generation.
