Still looks like there is no Cypress Test artifacts in https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/product/packages/loki/-/jobs/31079111/artifacts/browse . Maybe there is an issue with the pipelines team or something?

https://chat.il2.dso.mil/platform-one/pl/qftc9csko3bpue6jku3mxs96ew Jeffrey Victor replied why the cypress tests wouldnt be available on there. Maybe we need diff configuration for Loki to run the cypress tests in pipeline?
