Not ready: the Iron Bank 3.7.8 image still contains the Loki 3.7.4 binary, identical to the current 3.7.7 image. The Iron Bank manifest imports an older upstream digest. Iron Bank needs to correct the source and rebuild; Fresh main → MR image-tag upgrades passed in scalable and monolith modes: both Helm smoke tests passed, baseline logs survived, and all seven PVC identities were preserved. Exact-head CI passed, including all four clean-install/upgrade lanes (scalable and monolith). This does not prove Loki 3.7.8 application coverage.
