Update labels

Summary

• Updated Gluon from 0.5.9 to 0.5.12
• Added default labels for Minio to _helpers.tpl
• Updated logic under podTemplate section to ensure default Kubernetes labels are always present

**Note: Labels for Minio will work as expected once updated to at least 6.0.4-bb.3. Currently, this is not possible due to a blocking issue. Once Minio is updated the app.kubernetes.io/name: minio line will need to be added to the minio.labels definition in the _helpers.tpl file. Unfortunately, this cannot be added now or it will cause issues with Minio's egress network policy.
