Feat: updating to version 7.0.1

Description

Upgrading the application version to 7.0.1 following the documentation for upgrading to a new version. Per documentation - updating the tests/dependencies.yaml file to bump the mattermost operator to latest tag.

Updated tests to reflect changes in initial workflows and modifications to html/css objects.
