Mimir Helm Template command gives ImportValues error

Mimir package smoke test fails due to the below errors (see pipeline). Issue is to remediate this error.

This can be recreated locally in k3d by running the helm template --debug mimir ./chart > command in the mimir directory (so as to save time)
