Resolve "MinIO Tenant CRD is still on version 5.0.14"

Summary

While deploying minio-operator that the newest version (5.0.15) is still deploying a bunch of 5.0.14 CRDs that I think may be causing some performance issues. The minIO tenant CRD located here seems out of sync with the tenant version upstream for 5.0.15 that we're on here
