CleanUpgrade, cleanupProxy, kubectlImage containers do not support global.imageRegistry

Why

There's a value called global.imageRegistry that indicates it will be used to override all image sources, but some containers are not included in that support.

Craft the image field of the workloads like other images in the chart:
