SKIP UPDATE CHECK SKIP UPGRADE update appVersion with renovate

Closes #55 (closed)

Tested against my personal fork of Monitoring, made sure the renovate.json files were exact matches with diff before committing.

Only question might be on line 23, I chose to use Prometheus as the depNameTemplate but there's a collection of apps in this package so I wasn't sure which one to choose.
