Resolve "High Availability capability additions for AlertManager"

Ryan Garcia requested to merge 96-am-ha-vals into main

Adding port 9094 Authservice AuthorizationPolicy related exception so multiple alertmanager replicas can communicate across the namespace.

Uncommenting prometheusOperator.clusterDomain so multiple replicas within an installation are able to communicate with one another.
