SKIP UPDATE CHECK: Remove issue labels from renovate
dependencyDashboardLabels will overwrite manually added labels - https://github.com/renovatebot/renovate/discussions/11888
Removing these temporarily with the anticipation that the bb-bot can have this functionality in the future.
Renovate issues can still be found by searching for Renovate: so this should be OK.
