Summary

Epic work which adds Kiali version required labels to Neuvector workloads for telemetry capture.
Updated templating in the following files to add tpl function for label interpretation:
- controller-deployment.yaml
- enforcer-daemonset.yaml
- manager-deployment.yaml
- registry-adapter.yaml
- scanner-deployment.yaml
- updater-cronjob.yaml

Relevant logs/screenshots

Validated that neuvector pods show up correctly in the Kiali dashboard after adding the tpl function to the pod templates
