BB Notice -- SKIP UPGRADE REQUIRED

This will need to be run without upgrade since the previous upgrade test is broken

Summary

The previous cypress test makes it impossible to pass a second run. It uses a non-deterministic way to set the pw which results in all subsequent upgrade tests failing.
