Initial Dev/Maintenance Doc + Renovate
Example Renovate MR: micah.nagel/micahnagel!251 (closed) - I had each spot in values/Chart.yaml track a different image so that its easy to see which images are available for a new version (since they don't have individual tags in the values). The regex match for the updater/scanner should work based on DEBUG output, but currently won't show any updates since the images are non-IB.
